About Our Founder,
Kanessa Muluneh
In 2018, I launched MULU out of necessity as a plus-size powerlifter struggling to find suitable gymwear. Teaching myself fashion design through online resources, I initially crafted gymwear for personal use. However, the unique style of my creations, particularly my bold leggings, quickly caught the eye of fellow gym-goers, leading to the birth of MULU.
Today, MULU is a recognized brand in both casual and sportswear, selling in over ten countries and offering collections for women, men, and children. We have also acquired our own manufacturing facility, which supports our expansion and allows us to manufacture for other brands and offer wholesale services.
